No you have to have a myspace account in order to e-mail or comment your friends via myspace. But you can sign up for myspace for free...it's really easy. And if you don't feel like keeping up with the page (like making it all pretty and all that stuff) you can just keep your account active in order to e-mail or comment your friends.
